👩🦳 This position is open to cisgender lesbians aged 35 and older who meet our membership guidelines.
This role isn’t just about stepping up when the President’s away — it’s about being a powerhouse of support, strategy, and sisterhood. 🫶🏾 You’ll be the glue that holds the Board together when challenges arise and the spark that fuels growth.

🧭 YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
🪞Leadership Support & Backup

Assist the President in all duties and share the leadership load 💼

Preside over meetings when the President is absent 🗣️

Provide leadership in planning, implementation, and growth strategies 📈

Serve as a critical voice in strategic decision-making and direction 🧠
🔗 Board Collaboration & Oversight

Support fellow board members to help fulfill their responsibilities 🙌

Help lead committees and serve as a liaison to ensure productivity 🔄

Step in for key communications or external representation if needed 📢
🎯 Administrative Coordination

Collaborate with Secretary and President to ensure smooth operations 📝

Help review and interpret bylaws to ensure all actions align with Club policies 📚

Assist with special projects, events, or initiatives spearheaded by the Board 🎊
🌍 Cultural Stewardship

Promote the Club’s mission, vision, and values in all settings 💖

Model integrity, respect, and community-centered leadership 🫂
📌 Expectations:

Serve a 2-year term (subject to renewal by vote) 🔁

Dedicate 5–8 hours per week to Club responsibilities ⏰

Pay monthly board dues of $15 💰

Attend all board meetings, events, and fundraisers (unless excused) 🗓️

Must be a Regular Member and live in a separate household from other board members 🏠🚫

Uphold and help enforce the Club’s bylaws and community standards 📜
