Our mission is to build a private, family-style social club created by and for cisgender lesbians ages 35 and up, where each woman can live authentically and feel whole within a community that truly feels like her own.
As we grow, we are committed to creating a space rooted in connection, sisterhood, support, and belonging — one that remains close-knit, intentional, and aligned with the heart of Just Right.

In these beginning stages, we are intentionally creating a space grounded in connection, sisterhood, support, and belonging — one designed to grow while staying true to the heart, values, and purpose of Just Right.

Our Chosen Family Structure
FOR UNDERSTANDING SAKES
Just Right is a private, family-style social club headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, created for cisgender lesbians ages 35 and up. We are currently in the beginning stages of building a meaningful community where grown cisgender lesbians can feel safe, welcomed, supported, and at home through shared experiences, conversation, and genuine connection.
To keep it simple:
Founder
The founder is the visionary behind Just Right and the person responsible for shaping its mission, protecting its values, and guiding its overall direction as the community grows.
Members
Members are the heart of Just Right. They help bring the community to life through their presence, participation, support, and shared commitment to connection, sisterhood, and belonging.
Future Local Chapters
As Just Right grows, the long-term vision is to become a nationwide family, with members across the United States eventually leading local chapters in their own areas. Any cisgender lesbian interested in launching a chapter must first be an active member for at least 90 days to help preserve the heart, standards, and mission of Just Right.
Community Structure
Just Right is rooted in chosen-family values, not corporate formality. While we are no longer using family role titles, we are still committed to building a space that feels warm, intentional, close-knit, and grounded in mutual respect, support, and accountability.
These are community-based roles and responsibilities, not literal family relationships. Just Right is a space for adults, and every member is expected to treat one another with maturity, respect, and care. Any misuse of position, privilege, or trust within the community goes against the values of Just Right and may lead to removal from leadership or membership.
