OUR MISSION
Our mission is to build a dynamic and inclusive family-style social club created by and for cisgender lesbians age 35 and up, where each woman can live authentically and feel whole within a community that truly feels like her own.
We use a chosen-family–inspired structure with a Mother, future regional Daughters, and members connected under them to help us stay close-knit, organized, and accountable as we grow.
We are committed to creating a private, lesbian-only space where grown women can:

OUR VISION
At Just Right Social Club, our vision is to create a thriving family-centered community where cisgender lesbians 35+ come together to connect, support one another, and celebrate our identities.
Our Vision is to host engaging events and fundraisers that strengthen our bonds and generate the resources needed to establish a dedicated space for lesbians. This space will serve as a safe haven for our members, offering support in times of need and fostering a deep sense of belonging.
As our family tree develops—with a Mother, trusted Daughters in different regions, and members under them—we envision a network of connected houses and circles where no woman has to face life alone. Together, we aim to empower each other, uplift our community, and create lasting change.

Our Chosen Family Structure
FOR UNDERSTANDING SAKES
We are a private, lesbian-only social club in Philadelphia PA for cisgender women 35 and up, organized with a chosen-family–inspired structure where the Mother of Just Right, her twelve regional daughters, and their children—her grandchildren—hold space for grown lesbians to feel safe, loved, and right at home through our gatherings, conversations, and everyday support.

Mother of Just Right
The heart and root of the family; holds the original vision, protects the culture, and guides the overall direction of Just Right. -
Four Regions
The family branches into four regions, each connected to specific daughters and gatherings. -
Twelve Regional Daughters (3 per region)
Trusted lesbian women 35+ who help care for, organize, and guide their region. They support the Mother’s vision while bringing their own gifts and leadership. -
Their Children — the Mother’s Grandchildren
These are the lesbian members in each region who are connected under a daughter.
To the daughter, they are her children.
To the Mother, they are her grandchildren.
Together, they form that region’s house within the Just Right family. -
These are community roles, not literal blood relationships. We use this structure because it feels more like home than a boardroom. There is no intent to treat any member as a child - we are all adults and no behaviour of this manner is tolerated and will result in removal from your role if found to be abusing the privilege.
