WELLNESS & SUPPORT - DONE, JUST RIGHT
We are not a therapy practice and we don’t replace professional care — but we are a community that believes grown lesbians deserve softness, understanding, and safe spaces to process real life.
At Just Right, wellness isn’t an extra — it’s part of how we love on each other.
We’re a private, family-style social club for cisgender lesbians 35+, and we know life has already given us a lot to carry. That’s why care, checking in, and emotional support are built into how our family moves — not just something we talk about once a year.
This page is dedicated to show you how Just Right supports the heart, mind, and spirit of the women in this family.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Healing-Focused Gatherings
We host intentional, healing-based spaces for cisgender lesbians 35+, like journaling circles, wellness chats, real-talk nights, and conversations about grief, boundaries, and growth.
These gatherings are structured, respectful, and always at your pace—you share only what feels safe for you.
Emotional Check-Ins
Sometimes you don’t need a whole event, you just need a check-in.
Our Wellness & Support lead (and trusted helpers as we grow) offers calm, non-judgmental listening, private emotional check-ins, and follow-ups when life feels heavy or you’ve gone quiet for a while.
Resources & Gentle Guidance
Just Right does not replace therapy or professional care, but we do help you find tools.
We share mental health and wellness resources, community supports, crisis lines, and simple practices like prompts or grounding ideas—always as options, never pressure.
WE'RE TALKING ABOUT
Your Privacy Matters 🫶🏾
We honor that many of us have histories that are tender — traumatic, heartbreak, health problems, family estrangement, financial struggle, incarceration, loss, and more.
Because of that:
-
What you share in wellness spaces is treated with care and discretion
-
Members are expected to keep personal stories private and not share them outside our family
-
If something shared could put you or someone else in danger, we may encourage you to reach out for professional or emergency help, but we will not turn your pain into gossip or entertainment -this is a family, not an audience.
What Wellness & Support Is Not
To keep expectations clear:
-
Just Right does not provide therapy, medical care, or legal advice
-
We are not a crisis line or emergency service
-
No one in the family is required to reveal their personal trauma or history
-
You always have the right to pass, listen quietly, or step away if something feels too heavy
What we can do is stand with you, listen, care, and encourage you toward the help and support you deserve.
How to Access Wellness & Support in Just Right
Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to:
-
Attend events and gatherings with a wellness focus
-
Join private online spaces where support and check-ins are offered
-
Reach out directly (as directed on the site) if you need an emotional check-in or a listening ear
-
Let the Mother or Wellness & Support lead know if you see a sister struggling and might need gentle care
You never have to “earn” support by being perfect, always upbeat, or always present.
If you’re part of the Just Right family, your wellbeing matters here.
