WELLNESS & SUPPORT - DONE, JUST RIGHT

We are not a therapy practice, nor do we replace professional care—but we are a community that believes cisgender lesbian and bisexual women deserve softness, understanding, support, and safe spaces to navigate real life.

At Just Right, wellness isn't an extra—it's part of how we care for one another.

We're a private, family-style social club for cisgender lesbian and bisexual women ages 35+, and we know life has already given many of us a lot to carry. That's why compassion, checking in, encouragement, an

This page is dedicated to showing how Just Right supports the heart, mind, and spirit of our community and creates opportunities for us to feel connected, supported, valued, and cared for. 💛

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Healing-Focused Gatherings

We host intentional, healing-based spaces for cisgender lesbians, and bisrxuals 35+, like journaling circles, wellness chats, real-talk nights, and conversations about grief, boundaries, and growth.
These gatherings are structured, respectful, and always at your pace—you share only what feels safe for you.

Emotional Check-Ins

Sometimes you don’t need a whole event, you just need a check-in.
Our Wellness & Support lead (and trusted helpers as we grow) offers calm, non-judgmental listening, private emotional check-ins, and follow-ups when life feels heavy or you’ve gone quiet for a while.

Resources & Gentle Guidance

Just Right does not replace therapy or professional care, but we do help you find tools.
We share mental health and wellness resources, community supports, crisis lines, and simple practices like prompts or grounding ideas—always as options, never pressure.

WE'RE TALKING ABOUT

Your Privacy Matters 🫶🏾

We honor that many of us carry experiences that are deeply personal—trauma, heartbreak, health challenges, family estrangement, financial hardship, incarceration, loss, and more.

Because of that:

• What we share in wellness-focused spaces is treated with care, compassion, and discretion.

• Members are expected to keep personal stories private and not share them outside our Just Right family.

• If something shared suggests that someone may be in danger, we may encourage them to seek professional, medical, emergency, or crisis support when appropriate. However, we will never treat someone's pain as gossip, entertainment, or discussion material.

This is a family, not an audience.

What Wellness & Support Is Not

To keep expectations clear:

• Just Right does not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice.

• We are not a crisis hotline or emergency service.

• No member is required to disclose personal trauma, challenges, or life experiences.

• You always have the right to pass, observe quietly, or step away from a conversation if something feels overwhelming.

What we can do is stand beside one another, listen without judgment, offer encouragement, and support one another while recognizing when professional help may be needed.

How to Access Wellness & Support in Just Right

Once you're a member, you'll be able to:

• Attend events, discussions, and gatherings that include wellness-focused conversations and community support.

• Participate in private online spaces where encouragement, connection, and check-ins may be offered.

• Reach out through designated Just Right channels when you need a listening ear, encouragement, or community support.

• Let Just Right leadership know if you believe a member may benefit from additional care, support, or connection.

You never have to earn support by being perfect, always positive, or constantly present.

If you're part of the Just Right family, your wellbeing matters to all of us. 💛
